You have must heard about the Nobel Prize-winning author Rabindranath Tagore. Anurag Basu has directed a season on some of Tagore's best short stories and the name of season is Stories By Rabindranath Tagore. There are 26 episodes of this season in which about 20 stories have been filmed. The first story of this season is Chokher Bali in which the main role is played by famous actress Radhika Apte.
This story consists of 3 episodes. The story revolves around a rich man, a friend and two women. The rich man rejects Radhika apte as wife. Then he would have another relationship which he would associate with his friend and he would take the friend to show the girl and he himself would like her and get her married. So much so that Radhika's husband dies and she is cut off from the society and one day Amirzada's mother brings Radhika to her house and when Radhika sees Amirzada's Happy Life, she starts feeling jealous with the couple and start efforts to weaken the relationship between them and so Amirzada leaves his wife and goes to another city with Radhika.
But in reality Radhika would have liked Amirzada's friend whom Amirzada would have known and he would also have known Radhika. Would be left After a long time, Radhika meets Amirzada's friend at a railway station and all the old things are repeated and the two are about to settle the matter when a female friend of the boy arrives at the station whom Radhika sees and when he returns to the waiting room, Radhika leaves a letter and is gone forever.
The locations of this film are very beautiful. Anurag has directed it very beautifully and the story is by Tagore and Tagore is a big name in literature. so you will not be bored at all.
