1917

 The time is about first quarter of 20th century when there were World War One. The British Army discovers that the Germans have conspired against them. Two soldiers are given the task to convey this message to the other battalion not to attack in the morning or the entire battalion will be killed. The film revolves around the mission of these two soldiers and the title of the film is 1917. 

One of the two soldiers, Blake's brother, is a lieutenant in the second battalion. Along the way they face many difficulties and one of the two soldiers, Blake, is killed while fighting with a German soldier. Now only one soldier is left behind and he continues to travel on foot all day and all night risking his life and finally reaches the battalion but by that time some part of the battalion has been attacked. The soldier somehow gets to the battalion commander and conveys the message to him and the British force stops the attack with very little loss. Then the soldier finds blake's lieutenant brother and tells him that blake is dead and that's how the movie ends. 

1917 is based on a true story and the story was narrated by the grandfather of the film's director who was an eyewitness to the incident. If we talk about the script of the movie, the script of the movie is very organized and strong, then the cinematography and direction of the movie is also very good. If you are a fan of historical movies or you like to watch movies based on World War then you will definitely like this movie. 1917 is one of the best World War movies ever made. The work of all the departments from pre-production to post-production in this film is excellent. 

You won't find 1917 on Netflix, you'll have to download it from torrents, etc., but this movie is so good that this movie won't waste your time. The movie is so realistic that while watching the movie you will feel as if you are watching the world war with your own eyes. You will be amazed at the way 1917 sets are designed. I would rate this movie 10 out of 10
