6. Do not use things which are not compulsory 

We all can't live without a phone, TV or computer these days. Although all these devices can be useful to your life when you need something more physical in your house, buying them does not only affect you psychologically but it affects your bank balance as well. I find those devices are way overpriced and I don't think they are that useful to living your normal daily life. Be careful you don't buy those gadgets in case you can't do without them for your everyday use. Look online of places where the items you are interested in are selling and come up with other alternatives. These days we have such technology available out there. Maybe you could swap your headphones for some earbuds, maybe you could save up 1-2 hours per week to dedicate to learning something else. Think of it as an investment that you don't need anymore or never needed. Have fun with it and learn from these experiences because later you might use it or not.

7. Get outside and exercise.

Yes, we can miss out on some nice sunshine if you do not stay active. If I'm lucky you can find someone who wants a walk around the street with you. However you should find something to keep you busy during your free time. Even at home you can use YouTube and follow others who are following similar activities to yours. Use your imagination and get your body moving. Do jumping jacks, running in front of the screen or just doing whatever moves interest you. Keep moving and you've got more chances to achieve you goal. People call this "moving up".

8. Start exercise

Yes, exercising can make you feel better, you can control your weight too. A great workout program does not have to take place in the gym or park or wherever. You can download the program on your smartphone, watch videos, you have to create your own. To make it fun you can watch TV shows, follow fitness bloggers who are entertaining their subscribers, you have to do some research, have fun and you feel great! If this program gives you joy and enjoyment than you're doing your exercises right.

9. Try yoga or tai chi asanas as a new way of connecting to nature and relaxing.

Yoga is all about connection, relaxation and meditation.Also, its a gentle activity that will allow you to engage in it. Telling your mind to relax is essential, it allows you to think more clearly and if that is how you feel then let it happen. By the time you finish, after a couple of minutes of tai chi, you can already feel better and you don't even have to sit still!
