Don't Mix things (Marriage and Sex)

I am neither a philosopher nor a psychologist and not married at all but yesterday a friend said one thing and then some things came to my mind about what is our mentality as a society. My friend said that while I was watching Money Heist, when Professor proposed to Raquel, I was amazed that when both of them have been together physically many times then what was the need of marriage ?

In fact, it is not a single man's approach, but the majority of us think that marriage is limited to sex only, while a married couple may have barely 3 to 4 hours of physical in a month, then what about the rest of the month. If the relationship is based on sex only, then you may not be able to run this relationship for even 6 months. If you have seen Vikings, you will remember how many years Floki and Helga lived together and later got married.

Similarly, if you have seen the Bollywood movie Hunterrr, you would know that the main character was know that Radhika Apte had a relationship in past and has had an abortion. Knowing all this, he proposes marriage to Radhika because for them sex is secondary thing in marriage, the point is not to say that I am encouraging a living relationship at all because our religion does not allow us to do these things. I just want to say Marriage is not just about sex. After marriage you are complete. You support each other in each other's pain. You become each other's shoulder. You meet each other's needs. Enjoy the beautiful moments with your partner. In Hunterrr, the main character is told by his friends that you should get married. He would say why? they said so that you can have sex. Main character said I'm having sex without getting married sex and marriage are two different topics don't mix them.

To conclude, i want to say sex is very important for a marriage or a relationship, but ... Not the most important ... So don't mix these two different topics. (Note: this blog based on my personal opinion you have right of differenece of opinion)
